Hi I'm Leoni,
I've spent 20 years running my own businesses, coaching other people's, and sadly experiencing small businesses fail when the holes got too big to ignore.
I built and ran a successful photography studio. I've helped businesses across hospitality, beauty, wellness, creatives and trades develop and implement marketing strategies that actually work. I've worked in sales. And I've been inside businesses at their worst - when the owners couldn't see a way through - and helped them find one.
What I know from all of it: business owners are too close to their business to see the holes clearly.
It's your baby! Of course you can't see it objectively. You've built something, you care about it deeply, and that emotional investment is exactly what makes it hard to see what's broken. That's not a weakness - it's human.
My superpower is stepping back and seeing the full picture. The path forward that's hard to see from the inside. The gaps hiding in plain sight. The things that are working against you without you realising.
Twenty years of being inside businesses - running them, coaching them, photographing them, selling for them, and watching some of them fall - means I know what a leak looks like before it becomes a flood. And I know to stop them.
